RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can cancel your order. Here is the cancellation and refund process.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before the product has been dispatched or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been dispatched.

RETURNS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged a maximum of once for shipping costs (this includes returns); restocking charges will be charged to the consumer for the return of the product.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@newfogodos.com.
