WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When placing your order, please make sure you select the correct model and color as we are unable to change your order. No changes or cancellations can be made once the order is in the system.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email which will allow you to track the status of your order. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on all international orders.

Delivery time and charges

Standard shipping charges are $6.99, free shipping for orders ≥ $39, and delivery time is 7-15 days.

VIP shipping is $12.99 and delivery time is 6-13 days.

TRACKING

As the recipient it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being able to follow up or not submitting requirements or notification to the courier, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement free of charge and you may need to place the order again.

DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or by a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered by your local post office, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Post Office may leave a card with instructions on how and where to collect your order.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs charges may be levied once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at getlaone.com. Please contact your local customs office for further details on charges.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate to that quoted on our website. You may also be charged a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees charged to you by your bank or issuing credit card company. Please contact your bank for further details on foreign transaction fees.

Our store prices are displayed in your local currency but are converted to USD at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD through Paypal on the checkout page.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we are fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
